The Scooter Superstore service department will work with your schedule to make your scooter maintenance more convenient. Feel free to drop off your scooter anytime during business hours and we'll give you a call when its ready. We keep many common parts in stock so we have a very quick turnaround time. For immediate service, feel free to call ahead for a "while you wait" appointment. We'll be happy to service your bike while you relax in our showroom.

If transporting your scooter is an issue, give us a call. We'll work with you to get your scooter in the shop at the least amount of expense.


Warranties
All Piaggio and Vespa scooters are covered by a one year unlimited mile warranty. The coverage, outlined in the vehicles warranty manual, includes any manufacturer's defect for parts and includes labor. Maintenance and some other exception items (wear parts) are not covered under warranty. Please ask for information regarding any other brand of scooter that we carry.

Extended Warranties
In addition to the 1 year standard warranty, several Vespa models have an optional extended warranty package available. New owners have the option in the first 90 days to purchase an additional 2 years of coverage (three year total) for their scooter through their Vespa dealership. These extended policies are currently available for the LX50 $240; LX150 $290; GT $320

Roadside Assistance
Vespa scooters offer complimentary roadside assistance throughout the scooter's warranty period. This program provides free towing for your scooter (up to $100), should your scooter need to come in for a warranty related issue.
